The Mackinac County Planning Commission has set a public meeting to hear from Enbridge Energy about their Line 5 pipeline that crosses the Straits of Mackinac. They are going to ask about the integrity of the pipeline, the frequency of their testing methods, and procedures in case of a rupture.

The meeting is open to the public, and TC350 encourages all that are interested in this issue to attend. The presentation will be at Little Bear East Arena, 275 Marquette St., St. Ignace, MI on Wednesday February 5 at 2:00pm.
Many coalition groups from across the region will be sending representatives. This is sure to be an interesting meeting!
